I am a financial subscriber – why can I not log in?
At WikiTribune we take our responsibility over your data extremely seriously, and as such we will never sign you up to services or create accounts in your name. With the GDPR in force, we would now be unable to even if this was a service we had previously performed. As many people began their subscriptions before the website was created, you may not have an account at all! Luckily, it is easy to sign up by going to https://www.wikitribune.com/register.
How do I manage my payment?
To manage your subscription, simply log into your account and go to ‘Profile’ > ‘Edit Profile’ and you will see your payment history and options to edit any existing subscriptions. If you don’t have a profile yet, simply sign up on our registration page using the email associated with your subscription, and you’ll be able to access your details.
How do I set up an account?
You can register using your email or Facebook account. Just go to our registration page, enter your details, and you’re set!
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every email you receive from WikiTribune contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Simply click on the link and confirm to stop receiving emails.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account via your profile at any time. You can also have us delete your account by emailing email@example.com.
How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address via your profile at any time. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like us to change this for you.
Do you do link share?
WikiTribune does not engage in link sharing or swapping.
